We began using Progressive IT Solutions in 2013.  We feel like they really are our IT Department, but what I really love is the personal service they give us.  It feels like a relationship more than just a vendor helping with computer issues.  We can call, text, or email them anytime and always get a super-fast response.

I feel like Progressive It Solutions is better at maintaining the customer relationship than other firms.  We are more than just a trouble ticket that is turned in on some portal, to be followed up by whoever happens to get it.  I love having a dedicated Technician that I can reach day or night when we have issues.
